QZS x Connecticut Golf Journal Events Series

The partnership introduces disciplined domestic outings, select international travel, and a new competitive amateur platform across New England.

Quarter Zip Sports and the Connecticut Golf Journal have partnered together to create a focused portfolio of golf experiences defined by access, competition, and discretion.

International travel, domestic outings, and the Seaboard Golf Society form a unified approach to how the game is played and experienced.

Fewer players, better golf, and a standard rooted in respect for the game.

Expeditions

You want to travel for golf and actually spend your time playing, not coordinating.

The lodging is correct.
The dining is handled.
The transportation works without discussion.

The focus is on the golf—proper courses, proper conditions, and days built around walking, caddies, and unhurried rounds.

You value time on the ground with people who understand the game, enjoy good company, and don’t need the experience explained to them.

This is about playing some of the finest courses in the world, in the right season, with the logistics quietly taken care of—so you can arrive, play, and enjoy the week as it unfolds.

No fuss.
No itinerary management.
Just golf, done properly.

Outings

From Seawane to Trump Hudson Valley, Streamsong, and Whistling Straits, SGS outings are built around access, competition, and restraint. Each event features limited fields, strong players, and venues chosen for their architectural and competitive merit.

These are purposefully small, serious golf days designed to feel closer to a private match.

September 22 - The Seawane Club (New York)

October 6 - Trump Hudson Valley (New York)

October 16-18 - Whistling Straits (Wisconsin)

November 6-8 - Streamsong (Florida)

Seaboard Golf Society

Seaboard Golf Society is now accepting applications for its inaugural season—a limited-field, six-state competitive series for low-handicap golfers. Fields are intentionally small to prioritize strong competition, serious venues, and a true season-long points chase.

Full course schedule and final details will be released in late February.

Priority for all three programs will go towards single digit index golfers but all expressions of interest will be considered. Phone interviews will be conducted as necessary.
